Terms of use.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, to reserve a tasting, and to buy or receive spirits. By using the site you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age, and a valid ID is required for any delivery.

You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the Copperline name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Tasting reservations, tour bookings, and event inquiries are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we reply to confirm them. We may need to adjust or cancel a reservation for capacity or other reasons, and we will tell you as soon as we can if we do.

Prices and availability can change, and a bottling may sell out before an order is confirmed. We accept orders at our discretion and may decline or cancel one, for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

• We ship only to states where direct spirits shipment is legal. The current list of eligible states appears at checkout.
• An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
• You are responsible for confirming that delivery to your address is permitted before you order.

Barrel-pick reservations, private tastings, and buyouts are arranged case by case and confirmed in writing. Deposits, minimums, and lead times are set out at the time of booking and apply to your reservation.

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Copperline Distilling Co., LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please enjoy our spirits responsibly.
