The tasting room

Come sit a while.

The still house on Depot Street is open Thursday through Sunday. Order a flight, take a barrel tour, or pick a single barrel for your group. Walk-ins welcome, reservations recommended on weekends.

Classic Flight

Four half-ounce pours from the core lineup, served at the bar. Order at the counter, no reservation needed. Add a cocktail any time.

Guided · 60 min · $35

Barrel Tour + Tasting

A guided walk through the mash floor, still room, and rickhouse, followed by five pours with the distiller. Runs on the hour, Thursday through Sunday.

By appointment · $300 / group

Private Barrel Pick

A group experience for up to eight. Taste through candidate barrels, talk through proof and finish, and select your own single barrel to bottle and take home.

Free lot parking sits behind the building off Depot Street, plus metered street parking out front. A short walk from downtown Asheville, about ten minutes on foot from Pack Square. Rideshare drop-off is at the front door.

Good to know.

Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome for the bar and classic flights. Barrel tours and weekend visits book up, so reserve ahead if you want a guaranteed time. Private barrel picks are by appointment only.
Are kids or dogs allowed?
Guests under 21 are welcome in the tasting room with an adult until 7:00 pm. After 7:00 pm the room is 21 and over. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the patio, and service animals are welcome everywhere.
Is food available?
We keep a short menu of snacks and cheese boards to pair with the pours. Food trucks park out front on Saturdays, and you are welcome to bring food in from nearby spots downtown.
Is the space accessible?
The tasting room, bar, and restrooms are step-free and wheelchair accessible. The barrel tour includes the rickhouse floor, which is level and accessible. Tell us about any access needs when you book and we will make it work.
