About the spirits.

Are your spirits gluten-free, and what about allergens?
Distillation removes gluten proteins, so our whiskey and gin contain no measurable gluten even when grain is part of the mash. That said, we are not a certified gluten-free facility, so if you have celiac disease, talk to your doctor first. We do not add any nut, dairy, or egg ingredients.
What does char-three mean?
Char level describes how long the inside of a new oak barrel is set on fire before it is filled. Char-three is a medium-heavy char, roughly thirty-five seconds, that builds a thick layer of caramelized wood sugars. That layer is where a lot of our color, vanilla, and toasted character comes from.
Do you do barrel picks?
Yes. Bars, bottle shops, and private groups can reserve a single barrel and taste through candidates with our distiller before choosing the one to bottle. Reach out through the contact page and we will walk you through minimums and lead times.
Are seasonal releases available year-round?
No. Seasonal and single-barrel releases are made in small runs and sell out quickly, often within a day. Once they are gone they are gone until the next batch is ready. Join the barrel-drop list if you want a heads-up before they go on sale.
