One barrel, never blended. Stone fruit, leather, and a peppery snap. Each release tastes like its cask, so no two bottlings are quite the same.
Barrels that stand out in a tasting get pulled aside, bottled on their own, and numbered by hand. If you find one you love, buy two, because the next barrel will be its own thing entirely.

Yes. Single-Barrel Rye is milled, fermented, distilled on our copper pot still, and barreled and bottled at the Copperline still house in Asheville.
How should I serve it?
Neat, Manhattan, Rye Old Fashioned all show it well. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight, and it will keep for years once opened.
