Juniper, mountain spruce tip, and grapefruit peel.
Juniper, mountain spruce tip, and grapefruit peel. Distilled with foraged Blue Ridge botanicals. Bright and piney, with a soft citrus middle that keeps it easy in a glass.
Renee drinks the gin, so the gin had to be right. We forage spruce tips and sumac in the Blue Ridge, fold them in alongside classic juniper, and run the whole thing through a vapor basket so the botanicals stay lifted.

Is this made on-site?
Yes. Hollow Gin is milled, fermented, distilled on our copper pot still, and barreled and bottled at the Copperline still house in Asheville.
How should I serve it?
Gin and tonic, Martini, Negroni all show it well. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight, and it will keep for years once opened.
