Uncut and unfiltered.
Uncut and unfiltered. Dense brown sugar, clove, and char. Add a few drops of water and it opens wide into baked fruit and toasted oak. Big, but never hot for its proof.
Ridgeline taken straight from a single barrel, bottled at the strength it came out at, with no water and no chill filtration. We release it in small allocated batches when a barrel earns it.

Yes. Barrel-Proof Bourbon is milled, fermented, distilled on our copper pot still, and barreled and bottled at the Copperline still house in Asheville.
How should I serve it?
Neat with a splash of water, On the rocks, A bold Old Fashioned all show it well. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight, and it will keep for years once opened.
