Caramel, toasted pecan, and a long campfire finish. Our flagship, aged four winters in the rickhouse. Round and sweet up front, with a dry oak close that asks for a second pour.
The first spirit we ever filled a barrel with, and the one we judge every other release against. Estate corn, milled fresh and cooked in small batches, then rested through four full Blue Ridge seasons.

Is this made on-site?
Yes. Ridgeline Bourbon is milled, fermented, distilled on our copper pot still, and barreled and bottled at the Copperline still house in Asheville.
How should I serve it?
Neat, On a large rock, Old Fashioned all show it well. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight, and it will keep for years once opened.
