Black pepper, baking spice, and dark honey. Bold enough to drink neat, built for a stirred cocktail. The spice carries all the way through a long, dry finish.
Our high-rye answer to the bourbon. Bottled one barrel at a time, never blended, so each release tastes a little like the cask it came from. Switchback is the rye we reach for behind our own bar.

Is this made on-site?
Yes. Switchback Rye is milled, fermented, distilled on our copper pot still, and barreled and bottled at the Copperline still house in Asheville.
How should I serve it?
Neat, Manhattan, Sazerac all show it well. Store the bottle upright, out of direct sunlight, and it will keep for years once opened.
